When paying online through UNIBANK, please remember to place your correct tax bill number and year in your information.  Tax bill numbers change sometimes from year to year.  This will ensure proper posting to your account.  

 

Make Online Payments your personal property and real estate taxes. Please note that there are additional fees if you pay by credit card. Vehicle excise taxes cannot be paid online.

Payment plans for those without a mortgage are available.  Please call the Town Tax Collector at 413-623-5182 to make arrangements.

To obtain a Municipal Lien Certificate:
Mail a check made out to the “Town of Middlefield” for $25 per parcel, with a SASE and the pertinent owner and parcel numbers to: Tax Collector, Town of Middlefield, PO Box 114, Middlefield, MA 01243
